Connecting Open Directory to Cisco Wireless controller using LDAP.

I am trying to connect my wireless controller to my Open Directory server so that I can use the same log in credentials for the computer and the wireless network.  The information I'm finding is rather vague, like "Passwords must be sent in Clear Text in order to use LEAP".  LEAP is the only Raidus protocol that I can find in the default Airport cards, unless I am missing something.
What I'm looking for is the settings that must be configured so that I can use the Open directory log in credentials with the Wireless Controller, having set up the wireless controller to use Local authentication and an LDAP server.Start Free Trial
