Windows Services (OS X Server 10.4.11)

I am having a problem between the company's Xserve and Windows XP computers. IF I start the Windows Service we cannot login to the domain. IF the service is turned off the computers can login to the domain but obviously cannot access the shared files and folders. Here is a small piece of the log file...
