How do I setup a mail server in Leopard Server?

I have now been able to obtain a static IP for my server and I would like to know how mail coming into my server.  I went through the mail setup wizard and now i need to know step-by-step what needs to be done externally.  I have Leopard 10.5.5Start Free Trial
