How to delete an Operation from Production Order.

Dear Experts,
How we can delete an operation from SAP Production Order if the operation has assigmnment of QM MIC's & Result recording is done for one of the operation in Production Order.
e.g. We have 4 operations - 10, 20, 30, 40.

Operation 10 - Confirmed & QM result recording is done,
Operation 20 - Confirmed & QM result recording is done,
Operation 30 - We want to delete this operation
Operation 40 - not confirmed & QM result recording is not done,

please suggest the solution,
