Laptop used to connect to WiFi router but now only getting, "Limited or no Connectivity"

Using Windows Vista and a Linksys WRT50G WiFi router.

The laptop has been connecting fine for the past six months then suddenly it will connect but with Limited or no Connectivity and sometimes reports that there is an IP address conflict when there are no other computers using the router.

I've rebooted the router and the laptop multiple times.  Should I uninstall and reinstall the wireless adapter?
