I have owned a very small IT support business now for 5yrs.It provides support and network management for SME's in the UK (5-30 user networks). Most use windows small business server and have been setup by idiots and although i am not an expert i am good at recognising this and associated problems, but need assistance on problem resolution. Hence why i am here LOL.
My Experience is not a great deal but before i left full time employment i took all the courses for Windows 2000 based MCSE(except exchange as it wasn't relivant to my employers).
Week points ISA server, Site to site VPN's, Backups
