I have 4+ years in Adobe Flash / Flex / Flash Media Server development, PHP / MySQL, and run-of-the-mill CSS / XHTML development, have built Linux http, email, and database servers from the ground up, including virtualized (XenServer) servers, and audio / video streaming servers using Flash Media Server.
