Hi, im not sure if you're stil intrested but there is a really good PS2 emulator out there and it's free! Its called PCSX2 and you can find out about it here: http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/ps2/pcsx2.html
Also search PCSX2 in youtube as there are many videos explaining how it works.

ps2 emulators do exist and might sometimes be rather buggy but i've had it working several times.

There are many good playstation emulators but the best is PCSX2. I have used it many times and it works well enough. It does need a good computer as a PS2 is much more advanced than most computer's. Also, it runs quite slow and is a little buggy.
