Excluding mailboxes from dynamic distribution groups

Tags: Microsoft, Exchange, 2007, dynamic distribution groups
I'm very new to Exchange 2007, and "dynamic distribution groups" are my weakness.

Back with Exch. 2003, I used to have a distribution group for all mailboxes, minus about 5 static users that I didn't want included in it.  Any new mailboxes would automatically be included in this group, but those 5 would not.
How do i do that? :(
