How to convert NTFS to FAT 32

I have HDD 300 GB formated in NTFS with media files on it, recently i purchased a Media Player encloser which stat that the HDD need to be FAT32. up to 500GB
First i like to know if it's possible to convert the system without losing the data if not possible how to convert it at all kipping the size of 300GB if it's not possible to keep the data or convert it how to formating it with FAT32 (i am using XP and didn't see the option of FAT 32 to format.
