Unable to login to CA Brightstor Arcserve Unix Agent to browse... "Failed to login to the agent"

I have a ArcServe server running on a Windows 2003 Server. I am trying to setup backup for one of my HPUX Servers. After adding the machine to the backup list, I am now receiving "Failed to login to the agent" when I attempt the expand the server. I have 3 other HPUX servers that work fine.

The credentials I'm using for the server are the root user and password. I know that the credentials are correct as I can log into the server with them, but for some reason it is not working through BrightStor.

I reinstalled the Unix agent with the directions listed here: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Storage/Backup_Restore/Q_23605780.html and I'm getting the same results.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
