problem in accessing oracle packages from vb.net

Hi all,

I am getting the following error when I am trying to access oracle packages from vb console application

ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00201: identifier 'PKG_VFC.UPDT_VFC' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored

this code is perfectly working if I hard code the query in the application withoout using packages

I am attaching my code and package definitions here plz help me
