Call .jsp page when submit button is clicked on PDF

Asked by kishore_1 in Adobe Acrobat, Java Server Pages (JSP), JScript

Hello Gurus

I have a form developed in LiveCycle Designer and the requirement is as below:

1. The PDF form will be posted on our company website.
2. When a user accesses the form from our website, they will be able to open the pdf form and fill out all the fields.
3. When they click the submit button, a login.jsp page will show up to allow the users to enter their user-id and password. If the credentials are valid (validated with LDAP), the form data will be submitted to database.

My question is, is it possible to direct the user to a jsp page when they click on Submit button on the PDF. If so, should I be using a regular button and write javascript to call JSP, execute button with WSDL or a HTTP submit button??
