CISCO ASA BLOCK SYNC PACKET

Hi,  
Recently my organization had done a PEN test of all our internet hosted webservers and firewalls.  The vendor says that the TCP SYNC packet (tcp port 9) is opened.   I searched the internet and didn't find how to block it.  Could you please help me solving this issue and is there any utility to check that SYNC packet?Start Free Trial
