Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 - Force password change

I am not able to force a password change with Citrix when the "Change password at next logon" is selected in Active Directory. The user is actually not able to logon. Anyone know how to get around this issue so I can get the user to change password on next logon?

I do have this front ended by a Citrix Access Gateway.Start Free Trial
