The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Getting OE error 0x800C0133 and can't download email

I have a Sony Vaio running Windows XP and Outlook Express. Just got an error message 0x800C0133 for OE. I understand that the email capacity is 2GB and i am over it. My main concern is to be able to access the emails..i have OE setup to delete them from server when downloaded, so I can't even access them via the webclient to see them. I'd also like to back up the current emails and then do whatever I need to to be able to access something reasonable from the "old" emails and archive the rest. In the interim, I've tried deleting some of the unnecessary emails, but it doesn't seem to free up any space. So I'd just like to do this the right way and count on you to provide step by step instructions even my 5 yr old could follow! :)
