Outlook Express Error - Problem sending mail

I am configuring an internet e-mail account using Outlook Express 6. I am receiving e-mail without any problem but I cannot send email out. I have tried 4 different PC but is coming up with the same problem.

The error says:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'mail.ca.astound.net', Server: 'smtp.ca.astound.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F
