command to rename files after download

I currently download .csv files from a remote sftp server.  I want to rename these files to .old so that I'm only downloading the ones I need.  So far my attempts at scheduling a task to rename the files hasn't worked.  

Here's my amatuer attempt:

"C:\Program Files\WS_FTP Pro\wsftppro.exe" -s "DTI SFTP:/"  rename test sftp.txt test sftp.old

There are no errors or notation in the logs regarding this automated task, it just doesn't rename.  Thanks!!Start Free Trial
