Filing sharing between XP Pro and XP Embedded

We have two machines networked via a Netgear Switch setup up in the same workgroup. One is XP Pro and one running XP Embedded. We have tried to share files on the XP Embedded machine but the XP Pro machine cannot see the shared folders.
