Networking related problem

I have 9 PC's in peer to peer network. The PC No. 1 is running Windows XP with ip address 192.168.0.1. This PC has been given the Name as "USHA". It has 2 different ISP's (Airtel & Tata Indicom ) to connect to the Internet, i.e. if 1st ISP fails to connect i use the 2nd to connect to the internet. i m using ICS to help the other PC's 2 the internet. There are 4 PC's running Windows 98 & the rest are with Windows 2000 & up. Now the problem is that when i connect the Airtel ISP for Internet and i ping my PC No. 1 with the command "ping usha" from any of the Windows 98 PC, it returns an IP that is something like 92.55.120.30, whereas when i connect Tata Indicom ISP for Internet and i ping my PC No. 1 it gives me IP as 192.168.0.1 and this problem is there with PC's running Windows 98 only. The PC's running windows 2000 and above do not face these problems.
Need help on this.
