Error preventing multi user mode

I have a customer running Filemaker v6 on Server 2003. Every once in a while when we reboot the server and reload Filemaker it gives an error, Multi-user error. file labeled for multi user will be disabled. (10013) Then it loads fine and you can use the program on the server just fine. However no one can have access to the data base and use the program from any workstation. After hours and hours of exaustive searching and trying to diagnose this problem I am at a lose. File maker them selves will not support it. If anyone has any ideas I would appricate the help.Start Free Trial
