How to upgrade OpenSSH, Apache, OpenSSL on FreeBSD

i have access to access FreeBSD server by SSH. I want to ask how to upgrade OpenSSH,Apache, OpenSSL to latest version, how this command should be on FreeBSD ?

I hope solution you give will not broke my access to server, because i dont have physical access to server (only SSH).
