Anyone know how to remove rundll32.exe adware?

Hi

I have an adware infection on an xp pro sp2 pc! It has been reported as infecting
c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe

How can i manually remove this infection. i have tried a few adware removal tools but have no luck with them..some wont even rport that t is there at all!

Any ideas?
