"Your computer is infected"

I received a call from a network support client saying her computer was infected "click here to........"

I ran the resident McAfee Viruscan first to attempt to identify the problem which it ID'ed as Trojan.FakeAlerts and Trojan.Downloaders.

Then Malwarebytes found and deleted 16 infected files including braviax. (log attached)

Then HiJack This (log attached)

ComboFix got rid of the warning pop up. (log attached)

Spybot - Search and Destroy found another 36 problems?

I would be grateful if an HJT expert could review the logs and advise me if everything is now clean?
