Internet Browsers redirect to go.google.com

Asked by v1music in HijackThis Software, Anti-Spyware, Firefox Web Browser

My Internet Browsers (firefox & ie) redirect to go.google.com. The links always take me to some kind of Adsence site. I am able to type in a direct link (www.example.com) and it will take me to that site but, when I do a search from a browser than thats when Im re-directed. Oh my fonts are larger than normal on my google search pages if that is any clue.
I did have a error message that became my desktop background but i was able to get rid of it.
I also, can not get some programs to run online updates. When I download some files they give me a not valid win32 application error or a installer integrity check has failed.
I dont seem to have any other issues than these. I have run these apps:
ccleaner
addware
hijackthis (file attached)
ca spyware & anti virus
rogue remover
asquared

Please advise on what this may be.
