Creathing hyperlinks with layers

I have created a photoshop map that seperates our company by state and division. Really not important except I have each group of states broken up into 4 different layers. I want to make it so that each layer has a hyperlink. How do I do this in image ready. Documentation or link would be very helpfull

I am using photoshop 6.0 and image ready 3.0 (yes I know they are old versions)! Not anything I can do about that one.Start Free Trial
