The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. PNG vs GIF

I have some text that i am exporting out of fireworks as gifs and i am getting jagged edges. I have tried to remedy the problem with the settings in the export panel of fireworks CS3 but no luck. So i tried PNG32 and the text looks amazing. My question is, how widely supported is PNG32 file type? Am i going to run into problems of people not seeing the images with different browsers and versions there of? These images are my navigation so they need to be there. you can view the NAV text here, what i have loaded is the png files http://onegirloneride.com/index2.html. If the PNG is a problem, is there a way to remedy the problem using GIF's?Start Free Trial
