Searching For Screen Capture Software...

I'm trying to find some software that I can use to capture screen shots and mouse movements. Basically  what I want to do is narrate a program that we are working on. I want to record the computer screen, mouse clicks, and pages. I also want to be able to go back at a later date and add audio narration.
After this is done I want to be able to convert the file to a swf(flash) file so we can post it to our website.
Does anyone have any ideas for a program such as this? Are there any FREE programs that we can download for this?
