Deploying JDeveloper application inside Oracle Application Server 10g.

hello Experts.
i developed application using

 JDeveloper 10g 10.1.3.2
 Oracle DB 10g 10.1.0.4.2
 Application Server 10g 10.1.2.0.2
 (Database and application server installed from on dvd)
 windows XP for developer
 windows 2003 for server.

i logged in AS10g using ias_admin user and created new OC4J OC4J_Pioneer
and deploy from c:\orabi\dcm\bin\dcmctl deployapplication -f c:\projects\deploy\a31.era -a 31war -co OC4J_Pioneer

it gave error
ADMN-300075
nested exception.

Resolution
Base Exception:
java.rmi.remoteException
deploy failed!: ; nested exception is :
      oracle.oc4j.admin.internal.DeployException: Unknown assemply root-tag attribute: xmlns:xsi

i searched in internet ,some one told me to remove "xmlns:xsi" from web.xml and from all xml files.
i did it.
when deploy application again from jdeveloper it gives me error (-1)
also when deploy application again using dcmctl it gave error adviced to call oracl support

when i deploy application from standalone OC4J it working well.

i am at loose what can i do

 some one advised to increase JVM in war and ear files . i made it max size 512 MB instead of Auto .
  alse previous error appeared !!!
