What does this EVENT LOG error message mean?

This error message keeps popping up in my event log.  Everything seems to be working just fine, but this concerns me, especially since it shows up as an error (as opposed to just a warning)...

The test Event Log Check - Application failed.

Additional information : ID:3299, SOURCE:Apache Service
The Apache service named reported the following error: >>> Apache.exe: Could not determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 10.1.10.150 for ServerName

Is this something that I should be concerned about?
