Cannot access OWA from outside domain, moving OWA from old server to new server

Ok.  I moved Exchange over to a new server with a new name.  The old server is still up and running until my MAPI are all moved.  

I can access OWA from inside the domain, but not outside.  Before we had a page that came up with a box you had to put your username in then you would be prompted for your username and password without the domain/username requirement.  

I am trying to figure out how to move all of the information and IIS settings over to the new server.  My firewall has been changed to match the new IP address.  We are not using an SSL.
