Recently we purchased a new PI Management program called Saga for Windows... since then, periodically our Vista machines lose their ability to print. (Yes, I know we are using Vista... no lectures please.) I can fix it by following Microsoft's KB324757 Article... but then it happens again a week or two later...
1. What is causing this?
2. How do I stop it?
3. Is there an easier way to fix this?
