The Backup Exec Server Service did not start

Im getting this error when starting Backup Exec Server :
"The Backup Exec Server Service did not start.  An internal error (4313) occurred in object -1. "

Any Ideas? Have checked local sql to see if there is any problems here, but everything seems ok.Start Free Trial
