Retrospect error after every backup...need help.

After every backup I get the following, how do I get rid of this error?
The Machine is an IBM Server running Windows 2000 Server

Normal backup using Server Name Tuesday Script at 5/6/2008 10:00 PM (Execution unit 1)
      To Backup Set Tuesday Backup...
