Arcserve 11.5 SP2 - Database agent crasches

Asked by Debugger_systems in Hard Drives & Storage

Tags: arcserve, uuid, insert, database

A while ago our arcseve db started crashing each night. The backup still seems to go through but we need to manually start the agent every morning. This has been goin on for a week or two. As of two days ago ArcServe refuses to use media from the media pool and requests blank tapes each time. The log has some interesting entries about UUID.
