how do I resolve ActiveX component can't create object

I've inistalled a program by KellerSoft called FMLA Manager on one of my HR workstations.
This is program was written in ACCESS running on WINDOWS XP SP3. Every module works except the report module. When the user attempts to run reports they receive ACTIVEX COMPONENT CAN'T CREATE THIS OBJECT ERROR (429). I've installed this program on 2 other workstations and the program was fine. All the *.OCX or *.DLL files have been registered and the problem still exiists...

I've compared the registry settings,and I can't see any differences.. The technical support staff at KellerSoft advised me to reinstall the program, which I did and the problem still exists and at this point they can't help me....Start Free Trial
