How do I get a google checkout button on my google product listings from my datafeed?

I've had several attempts to get a google checkout button appear on my google products search results.

I have a tabbed delimited data feed, I've added payment_notes with "Google Checkout", I have a quantity and a link to my page.

I've had a few sales with google checkout.
