Expandable ads not expanding on computers

I work in advertising and we use regular ads and also expanding ads (tags). On my pc, the expandable tags that we use will expand fine. On other pc's in my office where these tags are also tested, they will not expand properly. I have installed the same browser i.e. Explorer and Firefox but the ads might look as though they are expanding, but they can't seem to break out of this "shell" as such. I'm not sure what options I have in order to rectify this?Start Free Trial
