The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not?   • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. SEO Scammers?

HI there - im very concerned that a friend of mine whom i do a website for has been hit twice by SEO scammers.  One company he was paying over £350 per month to - provides us with changes that made us drop on a number of search engines quite quickly and their link campagin was laughable.  He employed another last week and i ran a report before i made the changes from the free WEB CEO download - to start with this differed from the report that they sent - and i went through and checked most of the results and my report was correct.  It didnt differ greatly... but there were significant differences.  
Since i jmade the changes  they gave us have caused us to drop off frojm google completely along with 14 other search engines our rankings have gone down...  on 13 search engines - we have been added to two.
 
Im not sure what to do my friend is panicking... im not sure if we should wait - maybe in a few days time things will rectify themselves?? - the troulbe is the company are not answering their phone - which doesnt help..  Im also going ot find it hard to remember how I had it..

One of the experts provided me with some advice a while ago but i cannot find his email or name now... unfortunately and also im quite concerned whether there is anything on here that is causing us damage.

Can anyone please help?  Im just so concerned because all i seem to get is conflicting advice...
