The Solution Rating System

To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. aspnet grant access security problem

hello experts,

i developed a C# application that writes into an xml file, when trying to run the webpage that writes into the xml file i get an error that states: "asp.net grant write access error"

so i learnt that i should give the xml file aspnet write access, but unfortunately didn't find the security tab to give it the access.

i searched through  the internet and found that i should uncheck the use simple file sharing from the tools menu in weindows explorer, and all the links stated that the security tab should show up, but it didn't unfortunately with me.
