How do I correctly upload a photogallery into my website

I have tried to upload a photogallery into the website I have built quickly for a friend.  Initially I did not realise that the photogallery folder had been saved by frontpage elsewhere other than in the images folder.  When I uploaded the gallery was there (set out as designed) but had broken link indicators (although if you clicked onto them you would go to the individual images).  SInce then I found the correct photogallery folder and uploaded it to my images folder.  Now I no longer get the gallery set up - just the following
