How Can I Get Form Data To Post To A Website Template?

Hi,

I'm building a website that has many forms, and I would like the answers, (form data), to post to a custom template on my website and be viewable and searchable by my website users.  Does ANYONE know of software or a script that will do this, or is there code I can add that will do it?  I've spent over a YEAR looking for something, and I found ONE SOLUTION, paid a lot for it, only to find that the supposed "excellent" support that is supposed to be included is nothing but a JOKE and three months later, I'm nowhere.  Therefore, if anyone has a solution, it would be MORE than greatly appreciated.
