Need some advice on a Call Logging system we want to put together.
We have a sql 2000 backend and we use php as our business code to update.
We want to receive emails (we have exchange 2003) and automatically add these to the call database.
basically the call header table needs to have a siteid, company name and basic description
the body of the mail can be imported into a call_details table
has anyone any experience with this or advise us of the best way forward. Are there any examples out there of products we could look at?
