I do basic admin of out web site, our web developer created a php mass mailer, when I send out bulk email I do not get the emails that do not reach the recipient, this is important to our work to know who received, Ive been told it may be a problem with our ISP host provider, also when I format the email I have to use some html coding in the text, which I believe is causing problems with how it is arriving on the other end. Im thinking it comes down to the web developer and how they setup this mass mailer, any information you can provide in regards to the setup of a php mass mailer and the problems I am having would be much appreciated.
