J2ME and (Eloquence Text to Speech or Free Text to Speech)

HI,
   I am new in J2ME and also auditory field. I would like to ask if anyone have worked with mobile application such that the application converts text to speech using the Eloquence file.

Is there any Text-to-Speech library that can be used when developing J2ME applications? I have tried integrating FreeTTS on the J2ME platform but it is not compatible. There is a version of Java Speech API 2 which is being developed mainly for the J2ME platform but it is not yet available.

Has anyone come across such an API that can be used for the J2ME platform?
