The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? How to display hierarchical data in treeview using hierachicaldatatemplates.

Hello all,
Novice WPF programmer here.
I've got a formatting issue with a treeview control that I hope someone can help with.

I need help with the syntax for declaring that certain child nodes need to be hierarchical. Right now it just shows the top level, it doesn't even have a collapse/expand arrow.
There is not much out there to reference so I hope someone can point/show me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.  

I am referencing an external xml file as my xmldatasource and am using xpath expressions to specify.
